Wilful and Malicious Damage

Court House Rotherham – Monday, before the Rev. Arthur Fullerton –

George Skelton, captain of a coal vessel, from Louth, in Lincolnshire, was charged with having on Monday evening, about half past ten o’clock, wilfully and maliciously broken certain wood pailings fronting Mr Dodge’s farm-house; and also broken a window shutter and a window.

Fines £2 1s 6d and costs, for the damage and in default of payment to stand committed for a month to Wakefield
