Excursion to Liverpool

On Saturday last the workmen employed at Denaby Main Colliery to a number of 1,300, had a pleasant trip to Liverpool.

The party were accompanied by nearly all the under officials, among whom were Messrs S. Schofield, R. Wright, W. Wright, and J. Cramp.

Two trains were run by the Manchester, Sheffield, and Lincolnshire Railway Company. The first train left Liverpool at 7.10, arriving at Conisborough at 10.30, and the second train arrived at 11.5.

A boy is said to have been left behind.
