Denaby v Scunthorpe Sequel
The Sheffield and Hallamshire and Lincolnshire Associations sat at Doncaster last night to hear the complaint of the referee of the Denaby United and Scunthorpe United match in the Midland league on October 9 when Shenton Denaby and Stocks of Scunthorpe were sent off the field.
Each player was suspended for seven days and fined £1.
The personal enquiry was asked for by both clubs and the costs were divided between them. Mr. D. R. Proctor presided.
