Edwards, George – Succumbed to Pnuemonia

Mexborough Times, November 9th 1918 News was received on Wednesday by Mr George Edwards, Draper of Strafforth Terrace that his son, private George Warren Edwards has succumbed to pneumonia and had been buried. “Somewhere in France.”

He enlisted some two years ago, and previous to joining carried on a ironmongery business in Alexander buildings, Denaby Main.
