Gambling with Coins at Conisbrough.

Denis Carr, filler, new Conisbrough, Michael Tracy, filler, new Conisbrough, and Edward Pendergast, miner, of the same place, were all summoned for gaming with coins at Conisbrough.

PC Wailes stated that at 5:20 a.m. on July 7, in the company of PC Wall, he was on duty in Kirby Street, Conisbrough, when he saw the defendants with others gaming with coins. He watched them for about five minutes, and saw the money tossed and heard bets made on the results.

PC Wall corroborated, and the defendants were each fined 13/6, including costs.
