Pitch and Toss at Conisborough.

Wm. Merrills, pony driver, Albert Lowe, fitter, Edwin Hutchinson, fitter, all of Conisborough, were summoned for gaming with coins at Conisbrough, on 15th September.

Defendants did not appear.

P. C. Lundy said on Sunday morning, the 15th September., he was in Garden Lane, when he saw defendants, come along the road and commenced to play tossing.

He watched them 15 minutes, and frequently saw money pass.

Fined 1/ – and 10/ – costs each.
