The Scourge of Measles

The prevalence of measles still continues in Conisbrough, and we are informed  a number of additional cases have been reported during the week.

The scourge has been in existence since the New Year came in, despite the medical officers and school attendance committee’s efforts to check its ravages

The Morley place Council school was closed for the first month of the year, and the Station Road Council school (Junior and infant department) have each been closed during the past three weeks.
