Denaby United sustained their heaviest defeat of the season in the Midland league competition on Saturday, when they were away to Boston.
After a fairly even first half, the play turned around almost completely in the favour of the home team in the second half, and Boston were able to score four goals while Denaby failed to net the ball once.
The going was very heavy and the ground in a bad condition.
A good crowd witnessed the game, and Boston fielded the same team that gave such a decisive victory over Gainsborough in the Lincolnshire senior cup.
