Accidents at the Denaby Main Colliery
Thomas Williams, a pony driver, of Denaby, has been admitted to the Mexboro’ Hospital with both his legs broken.
It appears that a pony got away from him and dragged him down, a full corve running over him.
He is progressing favourably.
Thomas York, a miner a at Denaby Colliery, was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday with a broken leg. owing to a fall of call.
John Henry Sharp, miner, of Thurnscoe is also in the Hospital suffering from an injury to his back cause by a fall of coal in the Hickleton Main Colliery
