An Obstructive Conisborough Donkey

Peter Hardas, miner, was summoned for allowing his donkey to stray on the highway at Conisborough.

PC Walton stated that on Friday 29th of June he was on duty in Shepherd Road Conisborough at 4 PM and saw a donkey, the property of defendant, which was obstructing the road, and which kicked at several people who attempted to pass it.

The donkey brought down a fence and did other damage.

A fine of 10 shillings inclusive was imposed.
