Bad Boys.

On Wednesday at the Doncaster West Hiding Juvenile Court, four young Conisborough boys were charged with a series of thefts.

One 13-year-old boy, his brother aged eight and two other eight-year-olds’ admitted stealing £3 11s. 10d, from a garage till, the elder boy with stealing two bottles of milk from outside a house with stealing six hen eggs, and with his young brother with breaking and entering a dwelling house and stealing £1 17s 6d.

The elder boy, described as the ringleader, was said to have a good character at school and to attend chapel regularly. He, however, admitted that one of the offences was committed as he was going home from church.

The three small boys were discharged and the elder lad was bound over for two years and placed under the probation officer.
