A Bad Conisborough Case.
Joseph Charlesworth a miner, of Conisborough, was summoned for being drunk and disorderly at that place on the 11th inst.
Evidence was given by PC Richardson.
It was proved that the defendant was a particularly “bad lot,” this being the 65th occasion on which he had been summoned.
The magistrates evidently thinking that a fine would be no good, ordered the defendant be sent for hard Labour for one calendar month.
