Busy Passage
Now that the pathway from Tickhill Street direct into the Church walk has been closed and all pedestrians and that to go around by the end of “little” Tickhill Street and Rossington; this has become a rather busy passage especially at school times because at present all the schoolchildren have to use that route.
Cyclists ought not to use that way, more especially in the busy periods. The school wall is so high that neither children nor adults can see them coming and some are not careful in making their approach known. On the other hand, children excitedly leaving school do not always realise the danger and several have been knocked down, fortunately without serious results.
