Conisborough Hospital Sunday.

The annual Hospital Sunday demonstration, in aid of the funds of the Montagu Cottage Hospital and the Doncaster Infirmary, postponed from last week account the bad weather, took place yesterday.

The usual procession of friendly societies, etc., headed by Denaby Main and Conisborough United Brass Bands, paraded the streets of the village, to a field near the Board Schools, where the annual open-air service was held.

Mr. Caleb Kilner presided, and short addresses were given by the Rev. W. A. Strawbridge (Vicar), the Rev. R. Martin, Mr. W. W. Norwood, Dr. Craig, Captain Davies, and Mr. G. Marshall, secretary the Mexborough institution.

A programme of sacred music was gone through by a choir, conducted by Mr. A. L. Wilson, Mr. G. Brown presiding at the organ. Selections were also rendered by the Denaby Main and Conisborough United Brass Bands.
