Conisborough Offer of Land for Baths.
At Conisborough Urban Council meeting it was reported that a letter bad been received from – Messrs. Braim and Co., of Conisborough, offering the Council land and buildings for £800 for the purposes of a bath.
The buildings included a maltkiln which cost £1,600 to erect,
The Chairman considered that the cost of constructing swimming baths and making provision for dressing would be £400.
He thought they ought to accept the offer. The matter was referred to a committee.
