A Dangerous Practice at Conisborough.

Stephen Carr, miner, Denaby, was summoned for leaving broken glass on the highway at Conisborough, on September 29th.

P. C. Cousans said on the previous Sunday morning he saw the defendant drop a glass bottle on the highway at Doncaster Road. It broke to pieces.

When spoken to defendant said he did not think it would do any harm.

Fined 2/6 and 7/6 costs.

The chairman described defendant’s practice as a very dangerous one.
