Five Year Old Boy Gives Alarm
The presence of mind of, five-year-old James Bradley, son of Mr and Mrs Arthur Bradley, of Sprotbrough Street, Denaby saved him yesterday from been seriously burned or suffocated in a fire which broke out in his parents home.
James was left playing alone in the house while his mother went a short distance away.
Shortly afterwards he rushed out into the street and roused the neighbours, who discovered that part of the furniture in the living room was burning furiously.
Fireman extinguished the flame with a fire extinguisher.
