Denaby Gifts to Retiring Officials
Mr. Tom Williams, M.P. for Don Valley last night at the Miners Welfare Institute, Denaby, made four presentations to officials of Denaby Labour Party Women’s Section, to mark their retirement.
The presentations, marks of appreciation from the members, were made to Mrs. S. Rock (25 years member and eight years secretary); Mrs. E. Collins (an official for about 15 years): Mrs.B. Lawley (assistant secretary for eight years), and Mrs. H, Hall (treasurer of outing fund eight years).
