Denaby United 2  York City Reserves 2

Deuaby United ware very unfortunate not to win both points out of the visit York City for they were easily the better team from start finish, being especially smart the right wing, where Wroe was always great danger to the York defence.

The goal scorers were Ogley (centre-half) and Johnson for Denaby and Hooper and Merritt for York, the latter netting two minutes from the end after Taylor had passed back to Birch.
