Denaby Youths Bound Over

Three young Denaby brothers were accused at Doncaster West Riding juvenile court on Wednesday of stealing a comb, value 2d, with stealing a tin of brilliantine, a block of chocolate and a rubber ball, and another 11-year-old Denaby by appeared with them accused of stealing a block of chocolate.

It was stated that on April 4 the branch manager of Messrs Woolworths, Ltd. Of Mexborough, saw the boys acting in a suspicious manner.

When he accosted them one of the brothers said “he told me to get the brilliantine for his hair,” referring to one of the other boys. The boys were each bound over for 12 months and placed under probation.
