Disorderly at a Conisborough Inn

James Prendergast, miner, Conisborough, was charged with being disorderly and refusing to quit the Station Inn at Conisborough.

The landlord (Thomas Senescall) said the defendant came into his house about 3.30 in the afternoon and began making a noise about a flight.

The defendant was fined 10 shillings and 40 shillings costs, and only formal and brief evidence was given as the defendant pleaded guilty.
