Dog Worries Fowls.

Conisboro’ Man Ordered To Pay.

George Turner of Conisborough, claimed 10s damaged from William Manchester. of Conisborough, in respect of two fowls that had been worried by defendant’s dog.

Turner said that 10 fowls had been worried, by defendant’s dog, but he was only claiming in respect of two.

Mrs. Manchester, who appeared for her husband did not deny that two fowls had been worried by the dog but said she did not think they were worth 5s. each. They were only small ones.

Manchester was ordered to pay the damages and costs.
