Road Extension at Denaby Main.

Road Extension at Denaby Main.

The work in connection with the widening of the main road adjoining the bone mill has been commenced, and already concrete foundations have been laid by Mr Kitson, of Wakefield, the contractors for the brickwork, etc.

The corner at the Denaby land sale has always been regarded as a dangerous one, especially to vehicular traffic, and when the alterations are made – which will take about three months – this will be materially altered for the better.

The work is being carried out by the West Riding County Council.
