A/B. Samuel Croot is the sailor son of Mr. and Mrs. S. Croot, of the School House, Rossington Street. Denaby Main.
He was previous to his voluntary enlistment employed at the Cadeby Colliery, and his pals will be pleased to know that he is quite well (at the time of writing), and is now on his third trip at sea.
He is 18. likes his job, and is quite happy. He has been in the Navy for nine months.
