Lance Corporal Jackson, 15 Tickhill St, Denaby has been wounded and gassed; and is now a prisoner in Germany.

He enlisted in March 1915 and was captured on March 21, 1918. He is aged 29 and married and before enlistment was employed at the Cadeby Colliery.

A brother, Private Harry Jackson (Devonshire Regiment) 12 Tickhill St, Denaby, is serving in Ireland and another brother Private Clifford Jackson (West Riding) Maltby St, Denaby is in training in the North.
