To Be Sold By Auction, Messrs. Shearman and Johnston, at the Star Hotel, Conisborough, on THURSDAY, the 16th July, 1903, 6 for 6.30 p.m., subject to Conditions to be then read

Lot 1.- Detached DWELLING-HOUSE, called “Hawthorn Cottage, Numbered 72 in Doncaster Road, Conisborough, with garden in front and back, in the occupation of Mr. Marsh. Large Orchard, well stocked with young fruit trees, in the occupation of the Vendors.

Gross Annual Rental, £16 18s.0d.

LOT 2. Five Substantial, Well-built DWELLING-HOUSES, called Mile End Cottages,” and Numbered 74, 76, 78, 80, and S 2 in and fronting to the Doncaster Road, with ground for the erection of two more houses, with garden at the back and front, and town water laid on, and in addition a supply of soft water.
