Trespassing at Denaby

Alan Prendergast and Alan Pettit was summoned by the Denaby Main Colliery Company were damaging growing grass and were ordered to pay 3d each and 9s costs.

William Wright and Henry Smith, pony driver, were fined 1s 3d and  9s costs, for a similar offence.

William Lidster and Samuel Bell, Conisbrough, were fined a similar amount for gathering mushrooms on the land of Mr G.W.Radley, farmer, at Denaby.

A warrant was issued against Joseph Watson, collier, Swinton for damaging garden produce at Conisbrough.
