Two More Players for Denaby United.

Denaby United have signed on two more players in R. Dolby, 19 years of age, weighing 11ist. 10lbs. and standing 5ft. 11in, from Birley Carr Mission; and Robert Bell, a half-back, from Frickley and Blythe Spartans, who is 27 years of age, stands 5ft. 10 ½ in, and weighs 11 ½ stone.

Dolby has had trials with Blackpool and Bradford City, and is said to show unusual promise, while Bell is a player of considerable experience.

Denaby are pushing forward with their ground improvements under Mr. J. Hobson, and the club has been presented with a new flag by Mr. Ernest. Robinson, member of the well-known family of cricketers.

They hope secure more forwards and will then have the nucleus of a good team.
