Unveiling of Windows at Conisborough

In memory of the late Mr. Caleb Kilner, glass bottle manufacturer, of Conisborough, Thornhill Lees, and King’s Cross, two windows have been placed in the Conisborough Wesleyan Church by members of the family.

Yesterday morning these were unveiled by two of his grand-children, Miss Audrey Kilner and Master Tommy Smethurst, at a dedicatory service conducted by Mr. W. J. Ward.

Following the ceremony the church anniversary service was conducted by the Rev. Allen Holt, the superintendent of the South Yorkshire Coalfields Mission.
