VALUABLE FREEHOLDS at  Conisbro’ to be SOLD by AUCTION by Mr. Thomas Shearman, at the Red Lion Inn, on WEDNESDAY, 17th July, 1889, at Six p.m., subject to Conditions:

Lot I.—The substantially-built PREMISES situate in Church street and Wellgate, Conisbro’, Consisting of a HOUSE, SHOP, and COTTAGE in the occupation of the Doncaster Co-operative Society, at a rental of £45 per annum.

Site contains 236 Square Yards. There is a capital Warehouse; under the shop and house has excellent Cellaring, Possession can be given completion.

Lot 2.—The Three well built HOUSES, situate Brookside, Conisboro’, the occupation of Messrs. Barlow, Crowcroft, and Trout.
