On Saturday, at Denaby Parish Church, the Rev. S. Powley officiating, Miss Victoria Kay Parry, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Parry, 41. Winch Street. Denaby Main, was married to Mr. J. W. Godber, only son of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Godber, 84 Blythe Street, Denaby Main.
Wearing a white lace dress over satin with a veil and a coronet of orange blossom, and carrying pink carnations, the bride was given away by her father.
Attendants were Misses Doreen Parry, Lilian Parry D. Millard and Mrs. Blackburn. Page boys were Bryan Sturges and Harry Williams. Best man was Mr. J. S. Blackburn and groomsman Mr G. H. Parry.
