Wedding – Plant (Denaby) & Walters (Denaby).

Mr. H. Plant (Denaby) and Miss F.M. Walters (Denaby).

On Christmas Day at Denaby Main Parish Church the wedding was solemnised of Miss F. M. Walters, eldest daughter of the late Mr. A. Walters, and of Mrs. Farmer, of 41. Cliff View, Denaby Main, and Mr. H. Plant, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Plant, 23, Clifton Street, Denaby Main.

Given away by her step-father, Mr. J. Farmer, the bride was dressed in white figured lace with veil and coronet of orange blossom, and carried pink carnations.

She was attended by Miss P Thompson wearing a blue lace dress and coronet and veil with pink carnations; Misses Joyce and Elsie Haywood and Miss Kathleen Walters in dresses of pink satin, and Miss Jean Ryan in blue satin. All, wore headbands and muffs to tone.

The best man was Mr. F. Marshall, and the groomsman Mr. A. Walters.
