West Riding County Council Vacancy
Owing to the conviction of Mr. Arthur Roberts for forgery and larceny there is now a vacancy in the Conisboro ‘ Division of the West Riding County Council.
With regard to the Urban Council, it appears that it is not quite the same.
It is understood that sentence would not disqualify, but in any case a vacancy will have to be declared.
If a member misses six consecutive meetings his seat automatically becomes vacant. This will certainly be the case here.
