Wife Assault At Denaby – Living Together Again
Patrick McDermott, miner, Denaby, was summoned by his wife, Mary McDermott, for an aggravated assault on the 29th Dec.
She summoned him for persistent cruelty
Mr. W. Baddiley, solicitor, Doncaster, was for the defendant, and explained that he had been informed that the parties living together again.
The case was accordingly struck off the list.
