Yorkshire Collieries and the Hull Coal Trade
Large Increase of Trade

The official return of coal sent from South and West Yorkshire to Hull in the past month was issued yesterday, and shows that there has been a considerable increase, and that the exports from the third port have also largely increased.

During the month of March there was an increase of over 44,000 tons, and during the quarter 91,000 tons.

The exports from Hall show an increase of some 46,000 tons for the month and 78,000 tons on the quarter.

As regards the Collieries, Denaby Main heads the list with an increase of 5000 tons during the month.
