Drunkenness

Fred Linley, miner, Conisborough, was summoned for being drunk and disorderly at Conisborough on the 24th December.

PC Ambler proved the case, and defendant, who did not appear, was fined 6s including costs.

Clarissa Crowson, married woman, Colin was fined 10 shillings including costs for being drunk and disorderly on the 24th

PC Truman had seen the woman reeling about in Denaby Road, Conisborough. He had advised her to go home but she refused using the most filthy language

PC Jarvis and Emma Lonsdale corroborated this evidence, and defendant, who did not appear, was fined 10 shillings including costs.

Edward Peters, miner, Conisborough, was fined 10 shillings including costs for being drunk and disorderly at Conisborough on the 23rd ult.

Defendant did not appear, and PC Moore proved the case.
