Game Trespass at Melton.

On Saturday, at the Doncaster West Riding Court, Henry Rodgers fitter, Denaby was summoned for trespassing in search of conies at Melton on the 31st August.

Defendant did not appear, and it was stated that he was seen ranging a field with a dog. A keeper went to him, and found had a rabbit in his pocket.

He gave a wrong address, and was now fined 20s, including costs
