Old Folks Treat. – Annual Outing to Edwinstowe

The annual outing of Denaby old folk was held last Thursday, when 150 old people and a number of the committee spent an enjoyable day at Edwinstowe, being conveyed by six buses.

The outward journey was made via Clumber Park and the return jouney via Carlton Towers.

After tea at Edwinstowe each person was presented with sixpence and a bag of sweets.

During their three-hour stay at Edwinstowe the party had a walk through the woods and park.
