Denaby’s visitors were overplayed in the first half. Murphy scoring five minutes from the start. The same player and Padley scored further goals, and Torrance reduced the margin.
Denaby played in spirited fashion afterwards. Bradford missed several openings. Thornburn shot weakly. Bradford could not get through.
