Lost His Leg in the Pit.
A claim against the Denaby and Cadeby Colliery Company was entered by William Flannery, who lost his leg in the pit in 1907.
Mr. A. Neal, when the case was called, said agreement had been come to, the applicant to receive 10s. per week from February 5 until further orders, and to into the hospital and undergo treatment by Dr. Pye-Smith.
Mr. Gichard, for the Company, acquiesced, and an order was made accordingly.
