Conisborough Telephone Protest
A meeting of Conisborough telephone subscribers is being organised to protest against the decision of the telephone authorities to transfer Conisborough Exchange on the Sheffield Telephone Directory area to the Lincoln Telephone Directory area.
Mr. C. Webster, a local business man, and former member of Conisborough Urban District Council, told The Star to-day that the question of arranging a petition of subscribers is under review.
