Trek to Jinshanling We drove to Gubeiko village and here the Wall began in a dilapidated condition. As we walked the familiar watchtowers and ramparts appeared with the vegetation overgrown after centuries of neglect. As we approached Jinshanling the views got better and better as the Wall snaked over the surrounding mountains. We arrived in Jinshangling through a well preserved section.
