A Tibbles Revival
The little more than an hour of play at Tickhill Square was enlivened by a spell of the old Tibbles, who carried out his bat unbeaten for 39 well-got runs for which he gave no chance.
Greenwood was not so comfortable or confident but the two gave the side a useful start in this return match.
On a perfect wicket Nutton, Moseley and Edwards bowled well enough with little encouragement on a pitch made for batsmen.
