Denaby Main Man Missing
Able Seaman C.Whitehead
The subject of the photograph formerly lived at Denaby Main, where the family is well-known.
He joined the Hawke Battalion of the Royal Naval division at Crystal Palace, and was subsequently sent to the Dardanelles.
He is now reported missing, and no news has been received of him since 20th of June.
