Fine Defence Pulls Denaby Through.
Denaby United won 2—1 at Loughborough, where a goal by Walker, for the visitors, in the first half was against the run of play.
In the second half Loughborough pressed continually, but the Denaby defence played a great game, Diggles, in goal, saving brilliantly.
Siddall, the Denaby outside-right, was outstanding, and, scoring a goal, made the game safe for Denaby.
In the last minute Sullivan scored for Loughborough.
