Drunk and Disorderly at Conisbro’
Robert Wilson, labourer, Conisbro’, was charged with being drunk and disorderly at that place, on the 2nd inst.
P.c. Munro deposed that on Saturday night last, he was on duty in Church-street, Conisbro’, and found the defendant drunk, cursing, and swearing, and wanting to fight. Requested him to go away several times but be refused. He was afterwards taken away by some of his friends. Saw him again on Denaby road, and he was still using bad language.
Sergt. Morley deposed to seeing defendant drunk on the Doncaster-road, and requested him to go home and he went.
Fined 10s. and costs 12s. 6d
