Drunk and Disorderly at Conisbro’.

Noah Appleby, of Conisbro’, was charged with being drunk and disorderly at that place, on the 4th inst.

P.C. Munro deposed that at 10 p.m., on the 4th inst., he was on duty in Charles street, Conisbro’, and there found the defendant very drunk with his coat and vest off wanting to fight. Had to request him several times before he would go home.

Fined 10s., and costs 9s.
