Denaby Main Colliery
A serious accident occurred on Monday last, in the engine house, at the above colliery, to a youth named Benjamin Hives.
The unfortunate youth it appears in some unexplained manner got entangled with the machinery and was severely crushed, receiving injuries of an alarming character.
Dr. Hills was speedily in attendance and the sufferer lies in a precarious condition.
