Entertainment at Denaby.
Last evening, in the National Schoolroom, Denaby, in connection with the Church mission, a miscellaneous entertainment took place, under the presidency of Mr. W. H. Chambers. There was a good attendance.
Amongst those who had volunteered their services were Mrs. Firth, and Messrs. Houldsworth, Sylvester, Hughes, Turner (Mexbro’), Colley, and Hawkins (Conisbro’), in addition to the local church choristers.
The proceedings were satisfactorily successful.
