Montagu Cottage Hospital
At Montagu Cottage Hospital, two patients had been admitted, one discharged, and eight remained in the hospital.
Subscriptions acknowledged included £1 1s. from Mr. C. D. Nicholson of Stainton Manor, and 10s. 6d. from Mr. Allan Hick of Wath. Mrs. Baguley of Mexborough contributed eggs and potatoes, Mr. Dykes of Mexborough supplied papers, and Miss Jones of Swinton and Miss Waring sent fruit.
Charles Cook, of Denaby Main, who had recently been admitted, was reported to be suffering from injuries to the spine and legs.
